A Chef With The Exceptional Touch For Fine Cuisine

There are no shortage of excellent chefs in the great city of New York. Some of the most prominent chefs with the finest cuisines are served up right in the “Big Apple”. Jean Georges, Daniel, among many others won’t leave you disappointed.

The Upper West Side is home to the restaurant Jean Georges, where the celebrity chef Jean-Georges Vongerichte mixes local ingredients with his knowledge of French cuisine to create a true fine dining experience. A signature dish there includes a loin of lamb with black trumpet mushroom and leek puree.

Dan Boulud is also a celebrity chef that was recognized by France at the age of fifteen as best culinary apprentice. The chef at Daniel, he makes dishes that are worthy of his Bon Apetit “Chef of the Year” award. His signature dish includes crisp paupiettes of sea bass in Barolo Sauce. Can’t go wrong there.

La Promenade des Anglais opening up in Chelsea by chef Alain Allegretti, goes back to the chef’s roots. From French to Italian, it’s more relaxed and less formal. A lamb merguez slider with creamy cucumber will keep you satisfied for lunch and leave you waiting for dinner.
